I recently filmed some rope-bondage tutorials with Happy Kitten Rope! We focused on the basic techniques: some quick, simple approaches that get you a lot of bang for your buck.

Getting started in Rope Bondage can be a little intimidating at the start, but I want to assure you that you don’t have to be a Shibari master to have fun tying up your partners…or getting tied up yourself.

Whether you know it by name or not, you’re probably familiar with the Pareto principle: 80% of the results come from 20% of the causes. When you apply this idea to Rope Bondage, you’ll find that learning just the basics, just 20% of the technique, will take you far! Check out the video tutorials below, spend 5 or 10 minutes practicing these techniques, and reap a lifetime of confidence and competence with rope.

DISCLAIMER: There are many safety measures to consider during bondage, so take your time and educate yourself on that work in addition to the videos here. We didn’t cover that in this video series, so don’t forget to brush up on safety first.
