It’s been a whirlwind few months! Aside from the usual coaching and learning, I launched a brand new course with over 70 videos, got engaged, and have been doing lots of interviews to spread my vision for a pleasure-filled world.
I believe that it’s so important to talk about sexuality and pleasure, especially our struggles and obstacles, because it can inspire others to completely transform their sex life, to feel less alone, or to finally communicate their desires. Personally, I find that I learn new things about myself and how I teach every time, too.
I want to share two recent interviews with you in case you’ve been looking for some encouragement lately.
For the first interview I talk with Be Your Own Man about what inspired my career, how I help my clients overcome sex stigmas, and what I’m looking forward to most in the future!
Here’s a quick excerpt from the interview…
#BEYOUROWNMAN to me is embracing your uniqueness. Bruce Lee is one of my favourite philosophers, and he really speaks to this for me, because he always spoke of the strength in expressing yourself, and how martial arts was really about expressing yourself. That’s what great sex is, to me, and the work I do, it’s learning to express yourself, with skill yes, but learning to really express your unique self.
[…] I’m so excited for the rest of 2019 and beyond. Creating this new course was one of the toughest things I’ve ever done, and I’m excited to move into a phase of sharing it, getting the word out […] I want to optimise what I put out into the world, I want to really focus and improve…
What does it mean for you to Be Your Own Man? What areas of growth are you looking forward to?
Speaking of growth, I spent a lot of my interview with relationship coach Haley Helveston focusing on why I think a growth mindset is your most important tool to change your sex life. When it comes to most skills in life, we know we can learn to be better. Think about cooking. If you want to cook your wife an amazing dinner, you will dedicate yourself to learning how. You know you can learn to cook better. Sex is the same thing. You can learn to have better sex, to better connect with your partner, to communicate better. And understanding this ability to be better is what a growth mindset is all about. We aren’t stuck where we’re at now, we can always grow and improve.
Haley and I also talked about female sexual pleasure, sexual mastery, psychological erectile dysfunction, and more. You can listen to the whole interview below, from Haley’s Youtube channel!
I hope you find encouragement, inspiration, and permission for pleasure in these interviews! And I hope you really think about bringing a growth mindset to your sexual life. Let’s unlock a whole new world of pleasure together!
